Cottage 2
This cottage is basically the same with only a few minor differences. For example the ground floor bathroom is slightly smaller but there is a separate ground floor toilet. The back door leads from the kitchen area rather that from the utility room. There is an additional window to the lounge area. Room sizes vary slightly but not significantly.

The Pool
The pool is 8m x 4m with Roman steps at the shallow end with the water level gradually deepening to just under 6 feet. Built below ground by Des Joyaux in 2004, it is heated and served by an electric pump (encased at the deeper end to give a small diving board). It is surrounded by a 2m high wooden fence with grassed areas and a rockery. It is very pretty and very private and is located to the side of one cottage and behind the other.

Outside
Each cottage has stone steps leading down to its large cellar housing the central heating boiler and oil tank, and has ample power points and lighting.
