The town square
Pont Croix is a small market town we visited on our way back from visiting the Port of Douarnenez. We were heading for the yachting centre at Audierne along the the Goyen valley. Pont Croix is halfway between the two we liked the town so decided to break our journey there.We stopped in a typical French town square surrounded by trees to give you some shade. With several shops and bars on the edge of the square.
We spent about an hour walking round the cobbled streets looking at the old houses. There is a popular market on a Thursday morning.If you want to stay in the town this Hotel La Villa les Hortensias
