The studio consists of large living area, small kitchinette and bathroom/toilet.
The studio is in a private part of the corridor where there are doors leading out onto the gardens. It has it's own parking space.
Very large cupboards and cupboard space, wall to wall and floor to ceiling. Certain things can be left in the studio such as small up loader washing machine in the bathroom, gas cooker(gas bottle), microwave in kitchen plus fridge with freezer compartment and a few other items.
The studio is hooked up to it's own satalite dish for English TV. Electric radiators. Water heater in bathroom.
Ideal as holiday base, to live, to rent, investment etc. Studio has very large window, very light and sunny. Electric blinds.
Asking price is 26,000 euros net plus notaire fees in France.
