The habitable surface is around 200 sqm. and there are two barns plus smaller outbuildings. The house is set in 2 hectares on the hilltops in the Quercy Blanc.

At present we have 2 horses grazing the treed land, which is meadow and fruit orchards.
There is a very pretty round swimming pool set in a lush green separate and secluded garden.
The holiday gite recently redecorated, with new flooring downstairs.

The main house is in the process of renovation and, although has 3 rooms left to finish, is perfectly livable. Each kitchen is spacious - approx 30 sq m. and the rooms are varying sizes, none less that 12sqm . There is a covered quercy style terrace to the main house of 30 sq m and the gite has a secluded terrace of 50 sq m . Each house has its own entrance and electricity can be metered separately.
The whole house benefits from the red/blue/white electricity metering, which works out very economical as we use volcanic brick storage heating, backed up by both a wood stove and another wood burning inserted fireplace.
