About the Cottage
We have an 18th century Oak beamed cottage, sleeping up to 6 people,

A stunning above ground Swimming pool (18x12ft), the location is peaceful, situated in a lovely village in rural France, the village has a bar/restaurant selling some products, open until 7pm, Loubille boasts easy access to beautiful countryside walks and cycles.


Chef Boutonne is the nearest town, 10 minutes’ drive away with a choice of restaurants.


The cottage has 3 bedrooms: 2 double rooms and 1 twin room, with 2 single beds, the bedrooms are beautifully decorated whilst maintaining the feel of the house featuring large oak beams. The bathroom is modern and features include shower cubicle.

Downstairs the kitchen has all the features you need for a home from home, Cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, plenty of cupboard space and kitchen utensils.

The dining area is set off the Kitchen and seats 6 comfortably. Access to the garden area is through the kitchen with patio doors bringing in plenty of light.

The living room is large and spacious with a comfortable seating area. With a beautiful log burning effect fire, Features include English TV, board games, reading books and a games console.

The private, secure garden includes an 18x12ft above ground swimming pool, patio eating area with BBQ and plenty of room for children to play, bikes and outdoor games are available.

We live on-site and are available for advice and help should it be needed. We have a very small dog a cat and a tortoise all of which are not allowed in the guests areas, although our pets are very friendly and love children.
