Mont Saint Michel is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most popular tourist destinations in Normandy. Its iconic rocky peak and stunning coastline are a must-see for all visitors. The monastery and its environs are a fascinating place to explore, with plenty of places to buy souvenirs. The abbey's library and its treasury are especially worth a visit. The abbey is open from 9am to 5pm every day of the week and it is also possible to visit the crypt and the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament during the same hours. The ticket office is open from 7am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday and from 8am to 4pm on Sundays.

This hotel is full of character. Being an old building, it only has the inconvenience of having small rooms, which is highly compensated for by the excellent location and quality of the restaurant.

Please note that neither coaches nor cars have access through the gates of Mont Saint Michel. Guests will, therefore, need to park in the car park nearest to the entrance when the tide is low.

Alternatively, you have the option to park further away. You will have a slightly longer walk but the breathtaking view will be worth it. This is a charming, traditional building. The hotel is ideally located on Mont Saint Michel, a five minute walk uphill from the entrance gate.
