La Rochelle Normande Manche Normandy is a about 5 mile from where we were staying in Le Tanu It is about 10 miles from the seaside town of Granville

We were heading to the market town of Sartilly on the D973 for the weekly produce market.When we saw the sign to La Rochelle Normande. We have visited the port of La Rochelle several times. The sign said it was 2 km to the village so we had to go and see it. The village is very picturesque with well maintain houses a typical Normandy village.It was worth the detour we had a short walk round then it was back to the market

This Hotel is in Granville just a few miles away.It is in a good position near the Casino and town centre almost on the beach
