Honfleur Market
Honfleur Market in Normandy. The market is held in front of the old church of Eglise Ste-Catherine. We visited on a Wednesday morning the market is also held on Saturday. There were about 20 stalls I was told the Saturday one is larger.
Honfleur Market on Rue du Dauphin
We found the market by chance we were visiting the old church. The market is in a small square in front of it.There was a good choice of local produce wine and pottery items.We did not buy much here Honfleur is geared to the tourist trade.So prices are high it is a nice place to walk round but you are better shopping elsewhere. We found Cormeilles Market better value

5 years later we have just visited the Saturday market and it is 5 times larger than the Wednesday one. It starts behind the old church and spreads through the streets to the harbour.I have added a few new photos to the pageRue Momtpenier
