Goderville
Goderville in Normandy. A small town about 7 miles from the port of Fecamp. The popular seaside town of Etretat is just 10 miles away.

We passed through the town of Goderville on our trip to Etretat and Fecamp.We were staying at Le brevedent the other side of the Pont de Normandie bridge
Goderville is a typical small French town you will see similar towns all over Normandy. There is a nice old church a selection of small shops and a town square.
We stopped there to get some fresh bread and cheese for our picnic on the beach at Fecamp.
We spent about 30 mins walking round the shops and then continued our trip to the coast

1. Mont Saint Michel: Located just an hour away from Goderville, Mont Saint Michel is a stunning island commune with a beautiful abbey and breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

5. Bayeux Tapestry: This famous tapestry is located just a short drive away in Bayeux. It's a great way to learn more about the history of the area and its most famous battle, the Battle of Hastings.
