We have started work on the barn ,we had an electrician wire the barn and had it inspected and passed, we are on mains water and have a telephone line and internet, we had a new septic system put in and have had it inspected and passed in 2015,


We do live in the barn ,but only in a small part of it ,we have a small kitchen and shower room , we live very in what would be a living room/dinning room , no seperate bedroom yet!!

This is a very large barn to be converted ,we had plans drawn up to turn into 2 bed and 4 bed, but decided its too big for us.


We are walking distance to the village of Champsecret, In the village (which is not a ghost town !!)is a butcher,baker,general store/tabac and a good pub,fish&chip van weekly and more.
