This lovely old stone house which has been completely refurbished and modernized is located in this the most sought after area of the Dordogne.
With the medeival town of Sarlat, The chateaux of Beynac,Castelnaud,Marquessayac and Feyrac, Roque Gageac, the Bastide of Domme, River beaches, Canoeing, Horse Riding and Golf all within 20km.
The house is situated on a quiet country lane and is less than 100yds from the River Ceou a tributary of the Dordogne alongside which you can follow one of the many woodland and countryside walks.
The main (upper) garden at the front of the house has a lawned area and a covered area ideal for eating out, with views of the chateau of Le Peyruzel.
