Looking for a total renovation project less than 15 minutes to the nearest beach?
We are selling one of our barns and its bigger than it looks! It is a 2/3 bedroom project but a total reno meaning it needs new roof too.
We are located in 17600, opposite a wood but you can walk into the village in 10 minutes past 3 natural springs. It's a very pretty location. Woodpeckers by day and owls at night with the odd frog chorus from one of the springs in April.
