5 Riverside chalets with heated pool near Biarritz

Chalets du Moulin are 5 contemporary chalets with a shared heated pool of 10 x 3m.

The chalets are self-contained (30sqm), each sleeping 2 adults and situated on a hillside amongst the trees next to our 16th century watermill on the River Arberoue and in the heart of the Basque Countryside.

There is a 10 x 3m heated swimming pool with deck and lounge area with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The chalets are set apart and all face a slightly different angle giving each outlook and verandah privacy.

The property is located in a small hamlet just outside the village of La Bastide Clairence, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France.

All local amenities are available in the village which is a 5 minute drive away. There is a bar in the hamlet within easy walking distance.

Although we are in lovely peaceful countryside with the Pyrenees as a backdrop and just the sound of the river below, the Basque coastline, famous for its excellent surf conditions, is only a 25 minute drive away.

We are just a 10 minute drive from the A64 motorway and near to Bayonne, Biarritz, Pau, St. Jean de Luz and also the Spanish border and beautiful towns such as San Sebastian, Bilbao (and the Guggenheim) and Pamplona.

We have 2 mountain bikes on site available for hire. We can also book you surfboard hire and lessons.
